We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling products to specifications using work orders, blueprints, and BOMs. You will use a variety of tools, maintain high production standards, and ensure the quality of both raw materials and finished products. If you're a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team.

Shift Hours: 5am to 3:30pm - Monday - Friday
Overtime on Saturdays as needed!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and work orders
  • Utilize both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect and identify components needed for assembly
  • Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products
  • Meet production standards and quality expectations
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of new team members
  • Master all assembly functions within the department
  • Read and interpret work orders and instructions to complete tasks accurately

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in assembly or manufacturing
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
  • Strong basic math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to lift, bend, push/pull, and reach, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards
  • HSD/GED Required
