Starting Pay: $17.00 / hour

As an Assembler, you'll work hands-on in a clean, temperature-controlled facility alongside a close-knit team — putting together products that celebrate real achievements. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we train you from day one.

Full-Time
  Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  Overtime available during peak production seasons

Part-Time
  Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  Consistent daytime hours

- Assemble custom award products to spec using ribbons and other materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before they ship
- Follow production instructions and keep your workspace clean and organized
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily production goals
- Cross-train on multiple assembly operations as you grow in the role

- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand dexterity for assembly work
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades (with or without corrective lenses)
- Basic reading and math skills
- Quick learner who retains instructions
- Reliable, consistent attendance
