What You’ll Do


  • Assemble and wire equipment using blueprints and work instructions.

  • Fit and align parts to meet close tolerances.

  • Operate basic production equipment (presses, crimpers, riveting machines, etc.).

  • Build wire harnesses and assist with PCB assembly when needed.

  • Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

  • Update job status in SAP or similar systems.

  • Follow quality standards and safety procedures.

  • Support other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For


  • 1 or 2  years of electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience.

  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus).

  • Good communication skills and team mindset.
