This role involves assembling and wiring equipment according to blueprints and work instructions.
It includes fitting and aligning parts to meet precise tolerances and operating basic production machinery such as presses, crimpers, and riveting machines.
The position also requires building wire harnesses and assisting with PCB assembly as needed.
Candidates will use hand and power tools to complete assemblies, update job status in SAP or similar systems, and adhere to quality standards and safety procedures.
Support for other departments may be required.
Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience, with the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus) are essential.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are also important.
