Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, interpreting blueprints, and contributing to the creation of durable, high-performance equipment. Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements accurately.
  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Required Skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Required Knowledge
  • Understanding of basic assembly techniques and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows.
  • Knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
