Work Environment
This is a full-time role in a manufacturing facility that produces premium custom windows delivered directly to dealers and homeowners. The standard schedule follows a four 10-hour day workweek from Monday through Thursday, with a first shift running approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a second shift running approximately 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Occasional work on Fridays may be scheduled for a half or full day, with notice provided earlier in the week. The workday includes two twelve-minute breaks and one thirty-minute lunch break. The facility employs several hundred people and operates in a non-air-conditioned environment, so it can become warm, especially during hotter months. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes for safety, while allowing flexible attire such as shorts and t-shirts, provided clothing remains appropriate and free of offensive content. Individuals with long hair must secure it in a ponytail or bun for safety. You will work on a production floor using a variety of hand and power tools, handling materials and finished products throughout your shift in a team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
