Now hiring: Assembler in Eaton, OH

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required for trimming and inspection work.
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections of manufactured parts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift as part of daily job duties.
• Comfortable working around molding press equipment and production machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production goals.

Job Duties:

• Operate molding press equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Unload molded parts from molding presses and prepare them for inspection and finishing.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Trim excess material (flashing) from molded parts using hand tools, including an OLFA knife.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and safety expectations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervision.
• Support team production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
