Now hiring: Assembler

Location: Eaton, OH

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Shift: 11 PM-7:30 AM | OT as needed

Wrenches, Sweat, and Paychecks.

It's time to get on the line. We're hiring Assemblers to keep the machines humming and the orders rolling out. If you've got the grit to handle a fast-moving factory floor, we've got steady work and solid pay waiting.

Requirements:

• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive lifting to 30 lbs. required
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and trimming tasks
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections consistently
• Comfortable using hand tools such as OLFA knives safely and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the shift

Job Duties:

• Unload parts directly from the molding press
• Perform visual inspection of molded parts for quality defects
• Trim flashing and excess material using an OLFA knife
• Operate and monitor molding press equipment as assigned
• Ensure parts meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during production activities
