Assembler

Location: Compton, CA 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Contract 

Aerospace experience preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with manufacturing, sewing, upholstery, textile, or assembly experience who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Cut, prepare, and handle insulation and fabric materials.
• Operate industrial sewing and material sealing equipment.
• Fabricate aircraft insulation blanket assemblies.
• Install fasteners, seals, tapes, and related components.
• Measure, trim, fit, and assemble materials to specifications.
• Follow drawings, templates, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work for quality.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Sewing, assembly, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in upholstery, textiles, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based work.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards.
