Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electromechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Assembler-Electromechanical 2nd shift to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly line, you will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet strict standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler-Electromechanical 2nd shift

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19/hr. 

Shift: 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm

What's the Job?

  • Assemble products following engineering documents to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status of jobs.
  • Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to established procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process continually.
  • Assist in training other employees and resolve inquiries and problems efficiently.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with standardized procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
