Assembler-Electronics

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Assembler in the manufacturing and electronics industry to join their client's dedicated team in California. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assembling high-quality electronic products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision and commitment to quality, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

• Monday through Thursday, 4-10 Shift
• $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure correct assembly of products.
• Inspect and test completed products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in the inventory management of parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes is a plus.

Required Work Hours:

Monday through Thursday, 4-10 Shift
