Location: Elk River, MN

Pay Rate: $21.60 per hour

Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM | Monday - Thursday

Looking for Assembler jobs in Elk River that pay steadily and keep things spotless? This is hands-on assembly in a clean, safe space. Suit up, focus in, and cash out weekly.

How You'll Spend Your Shift

• Assemble high-pressure regulators and precision components from start to finish using blueprints and work instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly equipment to complete high-quality products.
• Perform helium leak testing and functional testing to verify product performance.
• Inspect components for defects, scratches, and quality concerns throughout the assembly process.
• Complete production records, quality documentation, and packaging requirements.
• Follow strict clean room procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing protocols.

The Skills That Count Here

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and torque equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to perform torque requirements up to 150 ft./lbs.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment while wearing full PPE throughout the shift.
