Before starting, all candidates will participate in a facility walk-through to get a clear view of the work environment and job expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small, thin wire brush components with care and accuracy
Operate basic assembly equipment as needed
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Use simple gauges and measuring tools to verify part specifications
Stand in a stationary position for the duration of the shift
What We’re Looking For
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (right-hand dominant tasks)
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing
Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
Previous experience in assembly, food service, or manufacturing is a plus
