Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a metal manufacturing company in Falcon Heights, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality metal components and support a team focused on precision and quality standards. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble brackets and install press clinch nuts using a Haeger machine
- Mark, label, and date-code finished components
- Package and box metal parts for shipment
- Follow ISO9001:2015 quality standards and company procedures
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- 1+ year of experience in a metal manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving abilities #BCJobs
