Assembler

Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Farmington, NH area to hire Assemblers! This is a full-time position - temp-to-hire!

Pay Rate: $20 / HR
Hours / Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday – Thursday from 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Job Description:

• Perform mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and final products
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment to assemble parts to exact specifications.
• Follow established assembly sequences, safety protocols, and quality guidelines to produce high-quality, consistent output
• Identify, report, and correct basic assembly errors or material discrepancies during the build process
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and work orders to determine required components and assembly steps
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and final inspection of finished goods as needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop setting
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly processes
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Basic math skills and attention to detail required
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Skills & Experience:

• Assemble parts and components with precision and consistency
• Maintain accurate assembly and production documentation
• Recognize and report nonconforming materials, missing components, or deviations from standard builds

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
