Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Overtime: Approximately 10–20 hours per week, as needed

Schedule:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Current Required Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturdays Required | Overtime Required

Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Assemblers to join a fast-paced, quality-centered manufacturing environment. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components using various tools and techniques to ensure all products are assembled correctly and meet required specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a productive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily assembly and production operations.
• Follow instructions and established procedures throughout the assembly and production process.
• Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Use various hand and power tools to complete assigned assembly tasks.
• Operate equipment such as grinders, impacts, wrenches, and other applicable tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and accurately use measuring devices, including a tape measure.
• Maintain productivity and high-quality standards throughout daily operations.
• Continually maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and solution-based thinking while completing assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, including a tape measure.
• Must be able to operate a grinder.
• Experience using high-powered hand and power tools, including impacts and wrenches.
• Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and strong attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quality-centered environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Must be available to work the required schedule, including Saturdays as required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as required.
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.

Dress Code:
Jeans or long pants, T-shirts, and steel-toed shoes are required. No shorts or tank tops.

PPE Required:
Safety glasses, gloves, respirator, mask, and powder coat PPE.
