Pay Rate: $17.00/hr-$20.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime and some Saturdays required.
This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Fort Worth, perfect for an experienced assembler looking to transition into a long-term, full-time role with a dynamic team.
Description: Prepare, assemble and install sides and ceiling panels for boarding bridges, fully complete
boarding bridges and walkways in the highest level of quality within established timeframes and
economical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION HOLDER:
• Able to read basic blue prints.
• Basic knowledge of power tools.
• Able to work independently, making sound decisions utilizing good judgement.
• Impeccable attention to detail, effective problem solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time - accurately, efficiently and effectively.
• Must be self-directed, professional and dependable.
• Demonstrate dependable work habits and schedule.
• Observe all safety rules, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in assembly experience
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Physical Stamina: * Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull in tight or high places.
- Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Compliance: Must pass E-Verify and have a clean background.
