Our client in Frankfort, KY is actively looking for an Assembler to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembled lift table components and fabricated hydraulic systems using proper tools, parts, and processes
- Read and interpreted engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication
- Performed mechanical assembly tasks including cutting, filing, fitting, punching, reaming, riveting, forming, and clamping components
- Integrated electrical and electronic components into mechanical assemblies as required
- Conducted quality inspections and documented results to meet production and safety standards
- Maintained production schedules to meet deadlines and efficiency targets
- Worked on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Supported and maintained a 6S/lean manufacturing workspace
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
