Shift Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate:

  • 1st Shift: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

As an assembler and inspector, you will be responsible for examining and evaluating medical components to ensure they meet customer specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access and review production orders, specifications, and inspection criteria through company systems
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of plastic and silicone components using microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection tools
  • Identify and document product defects, nonconformances, and quality concerns
  • Verify product dimensions, appearance, and overall compliance with quality standards
  • Utilize hand tools to remove minor imperfections when required
  • Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and medical manufacturing requirements
  • Complete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and inspection area
  • Follow all safety guidelines, quality procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by communicating quality issues to supervisors and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to pass a basic math assessment
  • Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Experience using microscopes, magnification equipment, or precision measuring tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect small defects
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and strict quality standards
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
  • Stable work history demonstrating dependability and commitment
