Compensation 

Starting Pay: $16.43 per hour 

Weekly QPI Bonus: Up to 33% 

Monthly Attendance Bonus: Up to $200 

Weekly Pay 

Schedule 

1st Shift 

• Monday-Thursday: 10-hour shifts 

• Friday: 8-hour make-up day if weekly production goals have not been met 

• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs 

Enjoy a three-day weekend most weeks while maintaining a full-time schedule. 

What You'll Do 

• Assemble components and equipment using hand and power tools 

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards 

• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality 

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals 

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area 

Qualifications 

• Strong attendance and reliability 

• Commitment to safety and quality 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift 

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds 

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

• Must successfully complete a 7-year background check 

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
