Assembler

Our client in Gloucester, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. This role involves assembling electro-mechanical components and following detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality products.

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Build PCBAs, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and power supplies.
• Configure purchased components to customer specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace organization standards.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Participate in cross-training and assist with training when needed.

Requirement:

• Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
