Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you’ll help build quality industrial products that protect people and property while working in a stable, growing operation. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble product components using mechanical fasteners
- Use hand tools and power tools to build products
- Package and crate finished products using proper materials and carpentry methods
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties
- Complete orders accurately and on time according to work instructions and shipping lists
- Support safe handling and preparation of products for shipment
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Basic carpentry skills and mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or shipping documents
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
- Experience operating tools such as table saws, miter saws, or forklifts is a plus
- Entry-level candidates welcome
