Location: Greensboro, NC

Required Skills:
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs following safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 6:00 AM start
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (not required, as training is provided)
- Experience with material-handling equipment (cranes, hoists) is a plus but training will be provided
Preferred Education and Experience:
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Prior relevant experience is helpful but not necessary
Other Requirements:
- On-site, first-shift work environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and work procedures
