    Autonomy Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing small parts assembly and soldering tasks with a focus on precision and quality. If you are someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a strong eye for detail, this position is perfect for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform small parts assembly according to specific instructions and blueprints.
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble and test products.
    • Solder components to boards, wiring, and other parts as required by the product specifications.
    • Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues, working closely with other team members to ensure timely product completion.
    • Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
    • Keep detailed records of materials used and products assembled.
    • Assist in packaging and shipping assembled products when needed.
    • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness and order within the assembly area.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in assembly or soldering preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of hand tools, soldering techniques, and assembly processes.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and high standards for product quality.
    • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate parts.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
    • Manual dexterity for assembling small parts and soldering.
    • Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
