What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production and testing of solid-state relays and related components. Responsibilities include:

• Follow established procedures for relay assembly and testing
• Perform both manual and automated relay testing
• Accurately read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and drawings
• Operate assembly and testing equipment for various applications
• Maintain labor logs and prepare production reports
• Support moderately complex assignments while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of assembly experience
• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Experience using small hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training, vocational education, or related certification
