TRC Talent is looking for a Production Operator for our client in Hiram
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a team responsible for assembling conveyor systems. This role requires the ability to follow blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Details:
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
$17/hr

Job Responsibilities:
Assemble conveyor system components according to blueprints and technical drawings
Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise assembly
Operate general hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the work area as needed
Job Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
Experience using general hand and power tools
Basic measurement skills, including reading a tape measure
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
