Assembler - Hiring Now

This role involves assembling printed circuit boards and electronic box builds for aerospace products under the supervision of the Manager of Operations.

• Perform assembly, soldering (SMT and PTH), inspection, packaging, process improvements, and training activities.
• Operate machinery such as wave solderers, pinning machines, and solder fountains.
• Handle conformal coating, module cleaning, potting, and testing processes.
• Use bench-top equipment, test tools, hand tools, and computers.
• Assemble small mechanical parts and electro-mechanical products.
• Participate in meetings to set work priorities and maintain a focus on quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Adhere to safety, workplace policies, and attend relevant training for personal development.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in aerospace electronics.

The position is hourly, with a salary range of $35,000 to $45,000, based on experience. Overtime may be required. The company offers competitive benefits and values diversity and inclusion.
