This position involves assembling electromechanical switches and panel components following quality standards.
- Perform hand assembly, trimming, lead forming, testing, soldering, staking, and riveting using various tools and fixtures.
- Work from drawings and instructions, inspect parts, and maintain production records.
- Follow safety protocols and keep the work area organized.
- Cross-train in at least 80% of assembly operations and perform off-line tasks as needed.
- Requirements include good communication skills in English and Spanish, attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and occasional heavy lifting.
