This role involves assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and systems with minimal supervision, following written procedures and ISO standards.
Essential duties include following work instructions, setting up and operating assembly machines, crimping, connecting wires to PCBs, identifying components, preparing parts, hand assembly, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, with at least one year of soldering or electromechanical assembly experience, including component identification, interpreting blueprints, and precision soldering to IPC-A-610C standards.
Proficiency with tools such as soldering irons, microscopes, wire cutters, and hand tools is required. Flexibility to assist in various manufacturing functions and work overtime is expected.
