Schedules:

• 1st Shift | 4:30 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 1:30 AM

Job Duties

• Assemble, test, and package products from multiple product lines.
• Identify assembly issues and document using Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCRs).
• Support Manufacturing Engineering in troubleshooting and implementing process solutions.
• Partner with Quality Engineering on product quality and process improvements.
• Assist with ISO 9001 audit preparation and internal audit activities.
• Analyze assembly processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide daily and weekly updates on assigned work and project status.
• Follow established manufacturing and quality procedures in a production environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, and bending.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (10+ hour shifts in a shop environment).
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembler is responsible for assembling products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and established manufacturing procedures. This role requires technical ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
