Production Assembler

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in cable assembly, electrical manufacturing, or mechanical assembly who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
• Assemble product components and subassemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, crimping tools, and wire cutting and stripping equipment.
• Perform cable and harness assembly, including:
o Hand crimping
o Spot tying
o Continuous and flat lacing
o Heat shrink application
• Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature components, solder sleeves, and wire splices.
• Assemble components, prepare molds, and mix two-part compounds as required.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and report product discrepancies and help maintain a high level of quality.
