Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:00 pm- 2:30 am with OT as needed

What You Will Do

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
  • Follow standardized work instructions, engineering drawings, and detailed manufacturing procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
  • Inspect assembled products and components to verify conformance with quality standards and product specifications.
  • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet established tolerances and operating requirements.
  • Repair or rework products that do not meet quality requirements and perform corrective assembly activities as directed.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Accurately document production activities and complete required manufacturing records.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

What You Need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials or components weighing up to 35 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

$20.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus potential and benefits.
