Assembler I (2nd Shift) 5th Grade Reading LevelJob: Assembler I 2nd Shift
Location: Irvine, CA 92618 (On-site)
Type: Contract-to-hire
Openings: 3
Pay: $19/hour Hours (choose one shift):- MonThurs: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
- FriSun: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
What you do- Put together small medical device parts by hand.
- Work carefully and follow step-by-step instructions.
- Check your work to make sure it is correct.
- Follow safety rules.
- Follow clean room and quality rules (FDA/GMP/ISO).
What you need- Be good with your hands and small parts.
- Pay close attention and work neatly.
- Work well with a team.
- Be able to read work instructions in English.
Experience (preferred)- Manufacturing experience (medical device experience is a plus).
- Experience following quality rules (FDA/GMP/ISO) is a plus.
Where you will work- Clean room, lab, and warehouse areas.
- You may sit or stand at a workstation.
- You will walk sometimes to move or scan product.
- You may use a keyboard sometimes.
Physical needs- Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and use your hands a lot.
- Lift up to 40 pounds sometimes.
- Wear safety gear when needed.
