Perform all duties necessary to the efficient operation of all equipment in the plant. Handle and maintain plant equipment in accordance with standard work and building processes.
Continue to keep current in skills through training, classes and on the job training
Requires the ability to do visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part
Required to use computer programs to assist in recording data, making labels, prioritizing orders, printing ship-sets, etc.
Be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
Possess the ability to make program changes and initial program set-up on Eaton Leonard CNC benders
Be able to set-up and operate all Braze Cell Equipment
Saws (Kaltenbach gang saw and trim saws)
Eaton Leonard Benders
Vibra de-burr & hand de-burr
Re-rounder
Flare and tube-o-bead equipment
Bowden Washer
Crimper
Expanders
Presses
Copper braze ovens
Facer
Actively participate in department team projects and activities
Other duties may be assigned at a later time
High School diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Sound decision making skills
Good math, reading and writing skills
Be able to exercise continuous mental, visual and audio attention
