Perform all duties necessary to the efficient operation of all equipment in the plant. Handle and maintain plant equipment in accordance with standard work and building processes.

  • Continue to keep current in skills through training, classes and on the job training

  • Requires the ability to do visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part

  • Required to use computer programs to assist in recording data, making labels, prioritizing orders, printing ship-sets, etc.

  • Be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.

  • Possess the ability to make program changes and initial program set-up on Eaton Leonard CNC benders

  • Be able to set-up and operate all Braze Cell Equipment

  • Saws (Kaltenbach gang saw and trim saws)

  • Eaton Leonard Benders

  • Vibra de-burr & hand de-burr

  • Re-rounder

  • Flare and tube-o-bead equipment

  • Bowden Washer

  • Crimper

  • Expanders

  • Presses

  • Copper braze ovens

  • Facer

  • Actively participate in department team projects and activities

  • Other duties may be assigned at a later time

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred

  • Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Sound decision making skills

  • Good math, reading and writing skills

  • Be able to exercise continuous mental, visual and audio attention
