Assembler IPerform hand assembly work on pre-/post-surface mount circuit boards by following detail.Basic understanding and application of the IPC-A-610 standardsAbility to read and apply shop documentation in reference to applicable assembly drawings to meet customer requirementsIdentify and read the values, correct polarity, and orientation of thruhole components (i.e. Capacitors, Resistors, Transistors, IC's, etc.)Identify the orientation and polarity of components in reference to the printed circuit board's reference designators and silk screen for thru-hole component placementVerify thru-hole part values and correct part location placementUtilize basic equipment necessary to complete the product's final assembly including hand tools, electronic cutters, PCB depaneling equipment, automatic screw guns and feeders, pneumatic dispensing equipment, and/or other required tools per application.Takes responsibility for the quality of one's individual workDemonstrates accuracy and neatness in their workCooperative and dependable, highly motivated and trustworthyRespects and works effectively with fellow team membersWill follow documented processes and must notify Management, Supervisors, Team Leaders, if team is not following documented operations and/or any other quality processes.
