It is a very physical position requiring lifting pallets (up to 60 pounds) continuously and using battery/pneumatic staplers to secure large corrugate containers to the pallets. It requires moving these assembled pallet/containers to different staging lanes in the area. This is to support nearly 30 pickers so the workflow is constant in order to keep up with demand. 7am-3:30pm, with overtime required (5am-7am, and some weekends for now). Creating the boxes the picking team will pick into, stapling them to pallets and making other boxes as needed.
