We are seeking an Assembler I to join a manufacturing team in Findlay Township, Pennsylvania. This is a 100% on-site opportunity ideal for candidates with basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand and power tools, and a willingness to learn assembly and wiring processes.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM EST

Interview Process: 1-round, in-person interview
Contract Duration: Approximately 12 Months (Possible multi-year extension and conversion to Full time based on performance) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $17/hr
Technical Skills – Must Have
Basic mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness and ability to learn new assembly processes and products
Basic understanding of manufacturing/assembly practices
Key Responsibilities
Follow all established safety processes and procedures.
Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures according to established guidelines and work standards.
Produce and install wiring onto components while meeting required quality standards.
Perform minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures, including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
Follow verbal and written work instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while contributing to continuous improvement.
Complete assigned assembly work with a strong focus on quality and zero deficiencies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Willingness to learn new products, processes, and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to safety and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or wiring experience.
Experience with panel assembly and wiring.
Experience working with electrical or mechanical components.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow established work instructions and quality standards.
