We are seeking a self-motivated team player to operate production processes safely and efficiently, following standard procedures and quality standards. The role involves executing daily assignments, reporting deviations, suggesting improvements, and actively participating in continuous improvement activities like 5S and Kaizen. The candidate will collaborate with support functions, prioritize safety, quality, and environmental standards, and contribute to achieving key performance metrics such as safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, basic computer skills, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
