Assembler II

Location: Findlay Township, PA
Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: 7am - 3:30pm EST, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
• Produce and install wiring onto components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Provide ideas for improvement and implement changes with approval from engineering.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Ensure maximum efficiency to aid in cost reduction.
• Achieve on-time delivery goals.
• Willingness to travel for occasional field installations.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.
• Experience with panel assembly and wiring.
• Capable of performing wire checks and quality inspections during the assembly process.
• Maintain production schedules and target budgets.

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
• Panel assembly and wiring experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
