Primary Function

The Assembly Operator II is responsible for building and assembling Reverse Osmosis (RO) units according to standard work instructions, using hand tools, fixtures and testing equipment. This role ensures products are assembled safely, correctly and meet quality standards before packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities

Pick parts, tools and materials needed for assembly

Assemble product components following standard work instructions

Install and assemble valves, tubing and related components

Use fixtures and hand tools (electric screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) to complete assembly steps

Set up and perform leak testing on completed units

Identify and fix leaks or defects as needed

Enter required finished goods information into SAP

Stage finished units and related components on skids for shipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to use hand tools and operate basic equipment

Attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED
