Job Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations using available resources and documentation.
• Handle complex work and rework at unit and component levels.
• Choose and implement suitable methods, resources, and procedures.
• Support operators and manage continuous improvement actions.
• Perform final inspection duties and control operations post-manufacturing.
• Review and propose quality notification actions and inspect components.
• Liaise with internal and external customers for product release activities.
• Maintain build standards and prepare quality reports as required.

Requirements

• High School or Technical School graduate.
• 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronic assembly and understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Manual dexterity skills and ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds.

Preferences

• Experience with electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
• Prior expertise in performing process audits and assessments.
• 3 years of experience using mechanical inspection tools.
