Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

Pay: $19–$28/hr DOE

Westaff is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a modern production facility in West Boylston. You’ll help build electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assemblies—from wiring and panels to small biomedical devices.

Job Duties

• Build assemblies using instructions, diagrams, and BOMs
• Use hand and power tools for mechanical/electrical work
• Work with Engineering and Quality to meet specs
• Learn new builds and support training
• Assemble/troubleshoot electrical panels and boxes
• Perform point-to-point wiring
• Integrate sub-assemblies, chassis, power supplies, and cables
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers)

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• PC hardware/software setup experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Clean room or complex panel experience is a plus
