As a trusted supplier in the RV and specialty vehicle industry that is growing, looking to add dedicated team members who value quality, integrity, and teamwork. This is a 1st Shift position, Monday-Thursday (some overtime is available), 5:50AM-4:20PM. Pay starts at $16, higher for more qualified individuals. Raise after 90 days of being hired on. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Technician. This is an entry-level role — no prior experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training to help you succeed and grow within our company. Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks on the production line using basic power tools (drills, drivers, etc.)
Follow written instructions and measurements to ensure accurate assembly
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Able to read a tape measure and follow simple assembly instructions
Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Good attitude, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
