The Assembler Lead is a key frontline leader responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through technical expertise, production leadership, and employee development. This position serves as the primary point of contact on the production floor, providing direction, troubleshooting support, and coordination of activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Working closely with Supervisors, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams, the Assembler Lead drives operational excellence by resolving production issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, developing team capability, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards. The successful candidate combines strong technical assembly knowledge with demonstrated leadership skills to support the achievement of business objectives and customer commitments.
