Responsibilities:
- Perform simple manual production and assembly tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.
- Follow clearly defined procedures, standardized work instructions, and visual aids to ensure consistent results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Visually inspect components and assemblies to identify defects or irregularities.
- Support basic material handling, including movement, staging, and storage of parts.
- Report abnormalities, equipment concerns, or process issues promptly to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals.
- Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and commitment—consistent presence is essential to supporting team performance and maintaining production schedules.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene.
