Maintain flexibility as a multi-skilled operator, able to perform various tasks as required by the organization. Report all quality concerns related to material, machine, method, and manpower (4Ms) using the ANDON system or direct communication. Support production through additional tasks (e.g., cleaning, material preparation, pre-folding) while following safety, quality, and work instructions. Complete required reporting, follow 5S and attendance policies, and actively participate in HSE, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
