Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assemblers in the Leetsdale, PA area — start ASAP!


Assemblers - Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing products or components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.


Pay Rate & Schedule:
  • $19.50/hour
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: Overtime as needed
  • Must be available for weekends and additional overtime as required


Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or improvements to supervisors
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and computer skills plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
  • Reliable Transportation Required – Bus Line Route.
