Assembler Level 1P

Job Description

Performs a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies. Follows established methods and sequences of operations to complete tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

Responsible for making necessary setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances according to blueprint specifications. Interacts daily with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information related to assigned tasks.

Work assignments are routine in nature and require limited judgment, with little to no involvement in decision-making. Receives predetermined assignments and operates under a moderate level of control and review. Typically works under close supervision and follows detailed instructions for all work activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• No prior related experience required
• Ability to learn and apply company policies, procedures, and job-specific skills
• Basic understanding of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly processes (preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work procedures, and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in routine tasks
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members
• Ability to work under close supervision and complete assigned tasks reliably

Education Requirements
