    Job Summary

    The Electro-Mechanical Assembler performs a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies. This role involves wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing while ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications and quality standards.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations
    • Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, and assembly
    • Conduct hand soldering and cable harnessing activities
    • Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining blueprint tolerances
    • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
    • Ensure quality standards are met during assembly and production
    • Identify and resolve moderately complex issues during the assembly process
    • Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers when required

    Work Environment

    • Production/assembly environment
    • Moderate complexity tasks requiring independent judgment
    • Limited daily supervision with general guidance on new assignments

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of related experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly
    • Strong understanding of assembly processes and procedures
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
    • Experience with wiring, soldering, and component assembly
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
