This is a temporary-to-permanent position starting after 12 weeks, with pay structured to include employer taxes so the worker receives the full amount.
Effective 8/18/2021, candidates are not required to have a high school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities include performing simple repetitive bench assembly, using fastening tools, picking and packing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
The role supports Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, including maintaining 5-S standards.
Physical requirements involve standing for long periods, fine hand manipulation, lifting up to 35 pounds regularly, and wearing necessary protective equipment.
